Business Developer for Social and Functional Support Administration

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a business developer in the Social and Functional Support Administration, you will work with strategic issues on behalf of the management and board. This may involve coordinating investigations, preparing referral responses, investigating Lex Sarah, and leading projects based on our assignments. The coordinating parts will take place both in collaboration with other functions within the administration and with other functions in the municipality. The new social services act creates an increased need to coordinate processes, communication, and structure to meet societal needs - where you will be an important player.

The temporary position extends until June 2028 (with the possibility of extension). The role includes driving and leading improvement work and providing methodological support in ongoing process work. The position is organized under the department of innovation, quality, and analysis, which works with various areas of responsibility. A central area of responsibility in this assignment is to coordinate, educate in service design, and support the implementation of various service design projects within the administration, as well as to monitor user participation.

As part of the development and quality work, you will leverage digitalization where possible and value-creating.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree or higher education at an equivalent level, as well as good knowledge of social services.

It is an advantage if you have documented experience in project management, change management, quality and development work, and service design.

As a person, you are analytical, accustomed to working towards set goals, and have the ability to combine operational work with strategic thinking. You need to have drive and engagement that allows you to find new solutions and translate them into usable methods.

The work requires good collaboration skills and flexibility, so we are looking for someone who is unpretentious, service-oriented, and social. You inspire others and are good at building relationships and networks. You find it easy to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills.
